6) Work with the SENCo to identify children with SEN and plan for their needs.

7) Manage the Teaching Assistants working with the children in your class both with individual children and with groups of children.

8) Ability to develop and maintain the caring ethos within the school and to cultivate strong links with children, parents and the wider community.

9) Commitment to, the use and development of, ICT within the classroom and curriculum 10) Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of current educational issues.
