Task: Construct a sustained and reasoned point of view on a current event issue.
Current Event Issue: Your own choice of issue from the media, but it must be no more than 6 months old. Choose an issue and then check with your teacher to ensure its validity.

Due date: Orals will commence on the set date but will run over a number of lessons before completion. A class ballot will determine the order of each presentation. A digital projector and speaker will be available for each lesson.
