41:05:02:57. Spink County refuges. Spink County refuges are as follows:

(1) The Cottonwood Lake State Waterfowl Refuge comprises the waters of Cottonwood Lake;

(2) The Cottonwood Lake Hatchery State Game Bird Refuge comprises part of the northwest quarter of section five, township 115 north, range 65 west of the fifth principal meridian, described as follows: beginning at the center of section five running due west a distance of 800 feet, then due north a distance of 1,325 and 25/100 feet, then due east a distance of 800 feet, then due south 1,325 and 25/100 feet to the place of beginning; also a part of the northeast quarter of section five, within the boundary described as follows: beginning at the center of section five running due north a distance of 1,325 and 25/100 feet, then due east to the west side line of the Redfield-Miller State Highway as it passes through the quarter section, then in a southwesterly direction along the west line of the highway to the south side line of the quarter section, then due west to the center of the section, the place of beginning; also a part of the southeast quarter of section five within the boundary described as follows: beginning at the center of section five running due east to the west side line of the Redfield-Miller State Highway as it passes through the southeast quarter along the western shores of Cottonwood Lake running then in a southwesterly direction along the west side line of the state highway to where the side line intersects the western boundary of the southeast quarter of the section, then due north to the center of the section, the place of beginning; also a part of the southwest quarter of section five within the boundary described as follows: beginning at the center of section five running due south to a point where the quarter section line intersects with the western side line of the Redfield-Miller State Highway, then in a westerly direction along the west line of the highway to a point 800 feet due west of the eastern boundary or quarter line of the southwest quarter, then due north to the north boundary of the southwest quarter a distance of 1,990 and 25/100 feet, then due east to the center of the section to the place of beginning. All of the land described is within township 115 north, range 65 west of the fifth principal meridian.
