Upon signing this form you agree, on behalf of your team, to the conditions of entry attached. Our Competition caters for youth both Male and Female from ages 8 and up.
Age Divisions: The Age Divisions we play are Under 8’s 10's, 12's, and 14's & 16’s.
Fees: The Competition Fees are $85 per Child, Due by Round 2. This is payable by Cash or Cheque.
EVERY PLAYER PLAYS A GRANDFINAL AND GETS A TROPHY OR MEDALLION AT THE END OF THE SEASON.
PLAYERS ARE ALSO ABLE TO DO A LEVEL ONE REFEREE COURSE FREE OF CHARGE THROUGH LABRADOR DODGERS, however you must referee a few games throughout the competition, you will also be paid to referee.
Conditions of Entry: It is important for both the Kids and Parents/Guardians enjoyment that everyone, both players and spectators abide by the conditions of entry outlined below.
Players Attire: Team Shirts All players must be in team uniforms by Round 4. Shirts must be numbered on either the back on both sleeves with a number or both. Players not in uniform by round 4 will not be allowed to take part in that game. Shorts Shorts with an Excessive amount of pockets are not allowed to be worn as the can present a danger if hands get caught i them. Jewellery of any type is not to worn on the field at any time. Nails are to be cut back so they can not been seen over the top of your fingers, this prevents and accidental scratching during the game. Shoes with screw-in studs or cleats or Spikes are not to be worn on the field as this also present a danger to other players. Socks are to worn at all times while playing. Team composition A Team consists of fourteen (14) players maximum (Local Ruling), no more than six (6) of who are allowed on the field at any time. . All Players must be registered on the Registration Form or they will have no Insurance Coverage. Any player that does not have their name on the team sheet on any one night is not a registered Player.
Referee Abuse A Zero Tolerance Policy is in effect at this association The abuse of referees by Players, Coaches, Managers and Spectators will not be tolerated. In severe cases you will be removed from the fields pending further spectator/player rights Please be aware that this is an important issue as without referees we would not be able to play touch. Touch is a sport built on “Honesty”. Player Misconduct Referees may send a player for a “Period of Time” for offences that they deem to warrant such action and for repeated infringements. Players can not be sent for a 2nd “Period of Time” in the one match. If a player continues to commit offences the referee has the following option, any player sent for the “Remainder of the Match” receives an automatic 2 match suspension, and Depending on the offence a Hearing will be held to determine the appropriate penalty. FORFEITS Any Team who Forfeits is required to notify Jodie 48hrs prior to forfeiting. TFA Rules TFA rules will apply to all matches.
