Mail to Julia Thogmartin, 464 Double Eagle Trace, Johns Island, SC 29455 or drop in the SINHG mailbox at 464 Double Eagle Trace. The SINHG mailbox is on the end post of the first group of Golf Shore mailboxes on the right side of the Double Eagle Trace. Deadline is December 30, 2016.

Without limitation, I/we accept these risks and assume ALL responsibility for all the risks and consequences arising from my/our participation in the trips we have selected. I/We hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue SINHG, its directors, officers, volunteers, and contractors (the releases) from any and all liabilities, claims, costs, demands, losses, injuries, or damages on my/our account. I/We acknowledge that I/we have read and fully understand the above waiver by signing below.
