The Road Home Dane County serves 185 homeless families including 400 children annually in collaboration with faith communities, businesses, organizations, foundations and individuals. We provide three core services: shelter through the Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) Shelter program; case management services to help families transform their lives; and housing programs to make affordable housing and support available to families who could not otherwise access housing.

The Road Home holds two major annual events: a celebration of family success called Families Moving Forward (August 19) and the Homes for Families fundraising breakfast (November 9).
