We are pleased to announce the: Immaculate Conception Parish 41st Annual Christmas Bazaar Saturday, November 14, 2015 9 AM – 5 PM Sunday, November 15, 2015 8 AM – 2 PM This is our 41st Annual Christmas Bazaar! Where has the time gone? We are sure that this will be the best Christmas Bazaar yet and we want YOU to be a part of the excitement!! Our theme this year is: Christmas in Candy Land!
We are happy to report that we are NOT increasing any prices this year.
If you are interested in registering for this event, please complete the attached form and return it as soon as possible. We have already heard from many crafters who are interested and the space is limited – so act now! We’re looking forward to seeing you! Please bring your own display tables and materials. However, we do have a limited number of 8’ tables. If you need us to supply a table there will be an additional $10 charge for the weekend. Annual Christmas Bazaar Rules, Regulations and Provisions
1. The Christmas Bazaar will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015 and Sunday, November 15, 2015 at Immaculate Conception School, 452 Bow St., Elkton, MD.
2. The cost for the space rental is $80 in the gym, $70 for 1st floor hallway and classrooms, $50 on 2nd floor. Space allotted measures approximately 6’ x 8’. Spaces are assigned on a first come – first served basis. Some spaces may be a little larger but please plan your setup for the 6’x8’ space. We are also renting outdoor space. The space is approximately 8’ x8’. We do not provide cover. The cost is $25 per space per day.
3. Displays need to be in place no later than one hour before the bazaar begins on Saturday and remain in their assigned place until the closing of the show. We ask that you do not leave your space until the event closes on each day.
4. Cafeteria style tables are available for a slight fee for those who wish to use them. Please mark your request on the applications. If however, you wish to use your own table or display, please make sure that it will fit within the allotted space.
5. There are a few spaces available with electrical outlets. Please indicate on your application if you require electric. These will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
6. Complimentary coffee and donuts will be provided for exhibitors from 8-10 AM on Saturday and on Sunday. Refreshments will be sold throughout the bazaar for anyone desiring them so that exhibitors will not find it necessary to leave the building and their inventory unattended.
7. The sponsors reserve the right to limit the number of items representing a similar or identical category, in order that a well balanced variety of craft items may be represented.
