2006 APA Iowa Record Breakers Powerlifting Championships Over 20 Iowa APA Records will be attempted!

Date: Saturday, May 20th Location: Ottumwa IA @ the YMCA Time: Weigh-Ins: Friday 4pm-6pm & Saturday 8am-9am Start Time: 10am – 4pm

Awards: Top 3 lifters per division. Best Overall Lifter for each Division Molded Figures, and Trophies for top finisher

Classes: Male: 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, Super Female: 97,105,114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, Unlimited

Class: Men’s Open, Women’s Open, Teenage I 16-17,Teenage II 18-19, Junior (20-23), Sub Master (33-39), Master I (40-49), Master II (50-59)

Divisions: Powerlifting, Push/Pull, Bench Press, Deadlift Only, Team

Equipment: FORZA Competition Bench Press, Hydraulic Squat Racks and Deadlift Platform

Rules: All weight classes and best overall lifters will be decided by Schwartz formula. APA powerlifting rules will apply. Visit www.apa-wpa.com for more information about lifting requirements. Results will be nationally publicized. Sanctioned by the American Powerlifting Association. Adult memberships are $25 for 1 year and High School membership cards are $15 for one year. You must be a member to be eligible to compete in this event.

Entry Fee: Powerlifting: $60 for 1st division, $15 for each additional division. Push/Pull: $55 for 1st division, $15 for each additional division. Bench Only: $50 for 1st division, $15 for each additional division. Deadlift Only: $45 for 1st division, $15 for each additional division.
