Eligible Applicants: Each year, the Orange County Parochial School League awards 3 scholarships. One each for Boys basketball, Girls Basketball and Cheerleading. Eligible applicants must: 1. Have participated in Basketball and/or Cheerleading for at least 2 years while they were students at an OCPSL parochial school. 2. Be graduating from High School this year. 3. All applications MUST be typed.

Each page of this form must include the applicant’s phone number. Doing so, keeps the identity of the applicant anonymous while the application is reviewed.
