For Non-Orthodox Christians We welcome all people across all ethnicities and religions to pray with us. However, it is an unfortunate consequence that there are divisions of Christianity, and therefore, we cannot extend to you a general invitation to receive the Eucharist (Holy Communion). Orthodox Christians believe that the Eucharist is an action of the celebrating community, signifying a oneness in faith, life, and worship. Reception of the Eucharist by Christians not fully united with the Orthodox Church would imply a oneness, which does not yet exist, and for which we must all pray. THE EPISTLE Blessed are You, O Lord, the God of our Fathers. For you are just in all you have done (Daniel 3:26-27) The Reading from Saint Paul's letter to the Hebrews (11:9-10, 32-40) Brethren, by faith Abraham dwelt in the land of promise as in a foreign land, dwelling in tents as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise; for he waited for the city which has foundations, whose builder and maker is God. And what more shall I say? For the time would fail me to tell of Gideon and Barak and Samson and Jephthah, also of David and Samuel and the prophets: who through faith subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, shut the mouths of lions, quenched raging fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, became mighty in battle, put to flight the armies of the aliens. Women received their dead raised to life again. And others were tortured, not accepting deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection. And all these, having obtained a good testimony through faith, did not receive the promise, God having provided something better for us, that they should not be made perfect apart from us. الرسالة مبارك أنت، اله آبائنا, لنك عادل في كل ما صنعت ه لنا. فصل من ,رسالة ,القديس بولس ,الرسول إلى العبرانيين يا اخوة , ,باليمان نزل إبراهيم في ,أرض ,الميعاد نزول ه في أرض غريبة, وأقام في ,الخيام مع اسحق ويعقوب شريكيه في ,الوعد ذات,ه, لن ه كان ينتظر المدينة ,ذات ,السس التي ا صانعها وبانيها. وماذا أقول أيضا؟ الوقت يضيق بي إذا أخبرت عن جدعون وباراق وشمشمون ويفتاح وداود وصموئيل. فهم ,باليمان أخضعوا الممالك وعملوا الب ر ونالوا المواعد وسدوا أفواه السود. وأخمدوا لهيب ,النار ونجوا من حد السيف, وتغلبوا على ,الضعف وصاروا أبطال في ,الحروب وكسروا جيوش ,الغرباء واسترجعت نساء أموات ه ن بالقيامة. وع ذ ب آخرون ,بالضرب ورفضوا النجاة في ,سبيل ,القيامة إلى حياة أفضل, وقاسى آخرون الهزء والجلد, والقيود أيضا والسجن. ورجموا ون شروا وق تلوا بحد ,السيف وهاموا على وجوههم لبسين جلود ,الغنم ,والماعز محرومين مضايقين مظلومين, ل يستحقهم العالم, فتاهوا في البراري ,والجبال ,والمغاور ,وكهوف الرض. فلم يحصل ,هؤلء على ,الوعد, مع أن هم مشهود لهم باليمان, لن ا سبق فأعد لنا مصيرا, أفضل من ,مصيرهم وشاء أن ل يصيروا كاملين بدوننا.

And Judah the father of Perez and Zerah by Tamar, and Perez the father of Hezron, and Hezron the father of Ram, and Ram the father of Amminadab, and Amminadab the father of Nahshon, and Nahshon the father of Salmon. and Salmon the father of Boaz by Rahab, and Boaz the father of Obed by Ruth, and Obed the father of Jesse, and Jesse the father of David the king. When Joseph, woke from sleep, he did as the angel of the Lord commanded him; he took to him his wife, and knew her not until she had borne a Son. And he called His name Jesus. النجيل فصل شريف من ,بشارة ,القديس متى سجل ,انتساب يسوع ,المسيح ابن داود ابن إبراهيم: إبراهيم ولد اسحق. واسحق ولد يعقوب. ويعقوب ولد يهوذا واخوته. ويهوذا ولد فارض وزارح من تامار. وفارص ولد حصرون. وحصرون ولد أرام. وأرام ولد عميناداب. وعميناداب ولد نحشون. ونحشون ولد سلمون. وسلمون ولد بوعز من راحاب. وبوعز ولد عوبيد من راعوث. وعوبيد ولد يسى. ويسى ولد داود الملك. وداود ولد سليمان من أرملة أوريا. وسليمان ولد رحبعام. ورحبعام ولد أبيا. وأبيا ولد آسا. وآسا ولد يوشافاط. ويوشافاط ولد يورام. ويورام ولد عزيا. وعزيا ولد يوثام. ويوثام ولد أحاز. وأحاز ولد حزقيا. وحزقيا ولد منسى. ومنسى ولد آمون. وآمون ولد يوشيا. ويوشيا ولد يكنيا وإخوته زمن السبي إلى بابل. وبعد السبي إلى بابل يكنيا ولد شألتيل. وشألتيل ولد زربابل. وزربابل ولد أبيهود. وأبيهود ولد ألياقيم. وألياقيم ولد عازور. وعازور ولد صادوق. وصادوق ولد أخيم. وأخيم ولد أليود. وأليود ولد أليعازر. وأليعازر ولد متان. ومتان ولد يعقوب. ويعقوب ولد يوسف رجل مريم التي ولد منها يسوع الذي يدعى المسيح. فمجموع الجيال من إبراهيم إلى داود أربعة عشر جيل, ومن داود إلى سبي بابل أربعة عشر جيل, ومن سبي بابل إلى المسيح أربعة عشر جيل. أما ميلد يسوع فهكذا كان: لما كانت أمه مريم مخطوبة ليوسف, وجدت قبل أن تسكن معه حبلى من الروح القدس. وكان يوسف رجلها بارا, فلم يرد أن يشهر أمرها, فعزم على أن يتركها سرا. وبينما هو يفكر في المر ظهر له ملك الرب في الحلم وقال له: يا يوسف ابن داود, ل تخف أن تجيء بامرأتك مريم إلى بيتك. فإن الذي كون فيها هو من الروح القدس. وستلد ابنا فسمه يسوع, لنه يخلص شعبه من خطاياهم. حدث هذا كله ليتم ما قال الرب على لسان النبي: ها هي العذراء تحبل, فتلد ابنا يدعى عمانوئيل, أي ا معنا. فلما قام يوسف من النوم, صنع ما أمره به ملك الرب, فجاء بامرأته إلى بيته, ولم يعرفها حتى ولدت ابنها البكر, فسماه يسوع.

Matins begins at 10:15, Divine Liturgy at 11:15 · .Do not use cell-phones inside the church · Upon entering the church, generously donate the cost of a candle, and light it in · .prayer .Upon entering the church, make the sign of the cross · .Do not talk during services · .There should be no eating, drinking, or gum chewing during services · Stop all movements upon the reading of the Holy Gospel, wherever you are in · .church .Do not take Communion if you arrive after the reading of the Holy Gospel · .Generously give a donation when the offering tray circulates · .No playing electronic devices, even for young children · .Do not cross your legs in church · .Wear church-appropriate clothing: nothing revealing, low cut, or tight fitting · Stay in church after Communion, until after the Divine Liturgy ends, and the · .announcements are completed
