Re: Entries for the 2017-2018 Arkansas Wheat Cultivar Performance Tests
It is time again to submit your entries for the Arkansas Wheat Cultivar Performance Tests. Trials will be conducted at seven locations representing the wheat growing regions of the state (Hope, Keiser, Kibler, Marianna, Newport, Pine Tree and Rohwer). At all locations, management of the trial will be customized to obtain high yields, including the use of fungicides on some tests. The wheat entry fee will total $700.00 per entry for all tests.
Please submit your entry form by August 31, 2017. This can be done via email, regular mail or by fax. Seed must arrive by September 15, 2017. As you know there has been a large number of entries the last few years, creating a time crunch to get everything ready before the optimum planting period. Therefore, in order to have seed ready to plant at the appropriate time and to provide the best information possible to our participants, we will stringently adhere to the deadline dates. If you are unable to meet the deadline, please contact me.
