Appendix C: Sample Training Sales Presentation

This appendix presents a sample presentation for selling a training program. As mentioned in Chapter 1, the keys are to stress the benefits of spending the time and resources (both financial and human) to create a cohesive, effective program. If this doesn’t work the first time, there’s always Chapter 14, where you learn how to fix things that should have been done the first time, when the software was being selected and installed. These slides are also available for use and modification on the CD included with this book.
