Free Calls and Texts Vonage Mobile® is a free downloadable app for iPhone® and Android™ that lets users talk and text worldwide for FREE with anyone else who uses the app 1. The app is available globally in iTunes® and Android™ Market.

When calling those who don’t have the app, Vonage Mobile provides ultra low-cost Serious Savings on calling worldwide with per-minute rates that are on average 70 percent less than major International Calling mobile carriers and 30 percent less than Skype2. In addition, calls to any phone in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico from anywhere in the world will be free for a limited time.*

Users can instantly add calling credits directly through their existing iTunes or Android Market account right within the app. Rates start at .016 cents/min., and calling credit is available in $4.99 and $9.99 increments. There’s no hassle with credit cards or calling cards, no pre-arranging through a carrier and no commitment to an international calling plan, so there are no hidden fees or billing surprises.

Easy to Use With Vonage Mobile, users never have to leave the app when calling, texting, buying calling credits or checking calling rates. Vonage Mobile automatically shows users which of their contacts they can call and text for free. The app makes it easy to build a global free calling and texting network using the contacts in the existing address book. Users can simply invite friends and family to download the app through the multi-invite system within the Vonage Mobile address book. Plus, Vonage Mobile utilizes the existing mobile number when calling and texting so there is no need to create and share new usernames.
