> Does anyone have a toll free phone service that they would recommend?

I use Capsule Communications. http://cognigenld.com 3.9 cents a minute on incoming toll-free calls, no service fee if your bill is over $20 a month, billed in 6 second increments and bills give detailed info on where your calls went or came from.

I use One Star. They charge $2.50 per month for a toll free number. Their number to call for more info is 800-482-0000. Website is www.onestarcom.com.

I actually offer a toll-free service with PowerNet Global which is stand alone. The charge is 4.9 cents per minute out of state. The instate rate is exclusive to your state. You can have as many toll-free numbers as you like and pay only $2.50 if your bill is not over $15.00 per month. You can combine all of your toll-free numbers to reach the $15.00 charge. If you also use the long distance for incoming and outgoing, the charge is still $2.50 while combining the toll-free numbers and the long distance bill if it doesn't exceed $15.00 for the month. You can look at the following link: http://cognigen.net/png/info_tfn.cgi?mrsgoofy98

As you will see, there are different rates available. They are from 4.5 cents per minute to 5.9 cents per minute. I use the 4.9 cents per minute which offers 6 second incremental billing. Credit Cards Does anyone know a reputable banking institution that will set up an internet-access credit card account for small travel agencies - thank you

I just signed up with www.iats.ticketmaster.com to process credit cards. There are no monthly fees and you go to a web site to process the card. I had been paying $15 per month for another merchant account. The transaction fee is minimal, considering there is no monthly fee. Contact Justin Clow at 866-809-8220 toll free. I have processed only 1 transaction so far and it was credited to my bank account promptly.

Host Agencies

We have been with Cruise Ticket Centers www.cruiseticketcenters.com for about 2 years after searching high and low for the best match for us. We were first involved with a so-called franchise, but discovered that was not the best way for us to serve our clients. At Cruise Ticket Centers there is a yearly fee of about $500, and then there is a $25 booking fee for each cabin or resort. The yearly fee also covers your E&O insurance, and delivery of the documents to your office. We receive very good pricing from the cruise lines, and VERY TOP commission levels which we receive the full amount paid by the cruise lines less only the $25 per cabin booking fee. We either set up our private groups, or can book into the many, many Host groups. I do not think there is a better way to operate available. You do NOT have to disclose your customer's address and phone information to Cruise Ticket Centers, and the affiliate agreement is non-exclusive meaning that you still can sell through any means if you wish, not exclusively through Cruise Ticket Centers. Feel free to contact me if you have other questions. This is not a solicitation to join, nor am I trying to sell for this Host. I just want to share my good luck of locating such a great deal.
