DRIVELINE RETAIL MERCHANDISING IN-STORE INSTRUCTIONS – UPDATED - MARCH 2013 Confidential-LI Client: Prepaid Vendors Retailer & Number of Stores: DG / 10,557 Stores Project: Prepaid Fixture Service In-store, Project Prep & Reporting Time: 45 minutes Project #: 1009932 Field Support Hotline: 1-888-824-7505, Ext. 6 Dates: Refer to your work order for store-specific visit dates Product Line & Dept: Phone Cards/ Main Aisle (Stores will auto-reschedule based on service frequency) Project Materials: On the Web PRINT & TAKE TO STORE:  In-Store Instructions  Work Order including forms (inventory, OOS, & order form)  Store-Specific Planogram – click on PLANO ID link on work order to locate & print POG Please Note: The store cannot print out the store-specific planogram. It is not in the DG system. IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ  CONFIRM NEW FRYDAZE “DUMMY” HANDSET CASE IS PLACED CORRECTLY: The FryDaze “dummy” handset case should be displayed on the dummy handset panel as shown on the right below. The FAKE iPhone should NOT be face up as this handset is not sold in Dollar General. Please ensure the “YOUR PHOTO ON YOUR PHONE” side is face up on the dummy handset panel.  CONFIRM NEW NET10 CARDS HAVE BEEN STOCKED ON FIXTURE: The new cards arrived in late January & should have been stocked during your February visits. The new NET10 cards are blue & gray in color & were shipped direct from InComm. o IF LOCATED & not stocked on fixture yet, remove the existing RED NET10 cards (7 SKUs) from the Prepaid fixture & stock new cards. o If you cannot locate the new NET10 cards, leave the old cards on the fixture until the new cards arrive.  EXIT PHOTOS MUST BE POSTED: It is critical that you take (3) EXIT photos AT THE END your service visit & clearly show all 3 sides FROM TOP to BOTTOM of the Prepaid Fixture. (LEFT, CENTER, RIGHT). The Prepaid Vendors are viewing the photos to confirm the information provided on the inventory, OOS, & order forms.  TENNESSEE STORES ONLY – SET NEW WESTERN UNION GOLD CARDS: The new Western Union GOLD cards will be arriving in the regular InComm replenishment order. o IF LOCATED, remove the existing Western Union TELEMUNDO cards ONLY from the Prepaid fixture & stock new cards according to the new planogram. o If you cannot locate the new Western Union GOLD cards, leave the Telemundo cards on the fixture until the new cards arrive.

In-Store Tasks: Step 1: STRAIGHTEN & STOCK PREPAID FIXTURE TO NEW PLANOGRAM 1. Locate all new shipments and/or backstock product for the prepaid fixture.  Ask the MOD to check the Manager’s Office for new shipments and/or backstock as well as the back room. 2. Replace all missing or incorrect price labels for the wireless handsets on the prepaid fixture. 3. Check the fixture for any of cards NOT SHOWN on the store-specific planogram. Remove all cards NOT SHOWN on the prepaid fixture. If the card is not called for on the POG discard the cards in the trash.  Stock all cards EXACTLY to Planogram  MONEYGRAM cards: Stores received new MoneyGram cards in December 2012. Please ensure the MoneyGram cards are stocked in the correct location on the fixture. Please Note: MoneyGram cards cannot be sold in Arizona, Oklahoma, or Massachusetts. Double face the Money Network cards in these 3 states ONLY to fill the empty pegs.  NETSPEND cards: Netspend cards cannot be sold in Illinois, Oklahoma, or Vermont. If you find any of these cards in the store, please discard in the trash.  Do not double face any of the cards unless the planogram calls for the card to have more than one facing. If the POG calls for a card to be double-faced, split the on-hand inventory evenly between the 2 facings.  If the store is out of stock, leave the peg and/or space empty  ENDCAP STORES & NEW INLINE FIXTURE STORES: Ensure that each facing of the gift cards, long distance cards, & debit cards has the correct backer card. 4. Stock the wireless handsets on the locking bars per the store-specific Planogram.  Any non-planogramed current wireless handset product must be removed & given to the MOD. 5. Stock AT&T and Verizon brochures.

Step 2: Complete ALL 3 Forms: Inventory, Low/Out Stock, & Order Forms 1. INVENTORY FORM: HANDSETS (include counts for all units on fixture & in backstock) . Record the on-hand count of EACH handset model noted on your store-specific inventory form. Orders are generated off of the store-specific counts so it is CRITICAL that each count is 100% accurate. . Additional stock may also be found in the Manager’s Office. . Please Note – Your work order will only reflect the inventory information for the specific wireless providers with coverage in each store/location & for the most CURRENT model numbers. 2. OUT OF STOCK FORM: ALL CARDS  You will now be reporting the on-hand count (inventory) for ANY card with 4 or less units. . Record on the on-hand counts on your work order for each store. Orders are generated off of the store-specific counts so it is CRITICAL that each count is 100% accurate.  NFINANSE CARDS: Please be sure you are noting the CORRECT nFinanSe cards as low or out of stock.

 If a card has 5 or MORE units, you will leave the box EMPTY 3. POP ORDER FORM: FIXTURE HARDWARE, DUMMY HANDSETS and VERIZON, AT&T BROCHURES . Missing Fixture Hardware – Record the total count NEEDED for each fixture hardware component . Missing Dummy Handsets – Record the total count NEEDED for each dummy handset – refer to the spec panel for store-specific information (The spec panel is the graphic strip that sits below & in front of the dummy handsets) . AT&T & VERIZON Brochures – Order brochures for any provider that is low (1/2 empty).

FryDaze Step 3: Service Promotions Basket 1. Confirm and/or place the current TracFone/ NET10 flyer in the iron man (promotions) basket by the front door Step 4: Audit scan cards to determine if store has CURRENT scan cards: 1. Ask the MOD to provide you with the scan cards the store is currently using for the Prepaid cards. 2. Look through the scan cards to verify if the store has the CURRENT scan cards.  The CURRENT scan cards contain new cards for Western Union, Netspend, PayPal, Xbox, TracFone, & Cricket.  VERMONT STORES ONLY: If the store has the Netspend scan card, please remove, destroy, & discard it.

Step 5: Place store-specific planogram in service drawer & give MOD updated Prepaid Program Letter 1. Advise the MOD that the store-specific planogram is in the service drawer of the prepaid fixture 2. Give the MOD a copy of the updated Prepaid Program letter

Step 6: Take (3) EXIT Photos AT THE END your service visit (LEFT, CENTER, RIGHT) Ask the MOD for a sheet of paper. Write the DG Store # on the paper & place the piece of paper with the word “DG Store #” showing in each of your exit photos.
