9:00 - 9:10 Introduction : Participants will be divided into three sub- groups to work through pre-developed topics. Each sub-group will be led by an experienced practitioner in the area concerned.
9:10 - 12:10 Breakout Discussion Session: How do we implement reforms in our own economies? : Group exercise for participants to have in- depth and practical discussions on the case- Expert from the World Bank studies, Discussions may focus on the- Experts of the ‘contract-enforcement following topics: process’ 1 Elements of sub-indicators (Time and Procedures) and other ideas to improve the※ Discussion on each topic outcomes of reform activities mentioned above will take place 2 Social, legal and political dimensions in concurrently in the breakout implementing reforms sessions from 9:10-10:10, 10:10- 3 The role of IT in improving EoDB indicators 11:10, and 11:10 - 12:10. ※ Coffee break in between 12:10 - 14:00 Luncheon
