We pride ourselves that our camps are exclusive; with a maximum of 12 places we can guarantee a training group of no less than 4 to a group, allowing plenty of individual attention for all riders. The atmosphere at camp is inclusive and encouraging and our aim is to have FUN weather you’re jumping for the first time or have a more specific ambition in mind! Not forgetting the possibility of being awarded one of the coveted Brave Pants Awards! The Training format during these weekends consists of 2 x 1 .15 hours (approx.) instruction per rider per day to include: Flatwork, Show Jumping, and X/C.

PRICES

Camp price inclusive of all tuituion, lunch on Saturday and Sunday 2 courses to include squash /water with lunch and a tea or coffee with pudding.

£120 per rider.

Day Stables are available Inc a straw bed £12.00 per day, please bring your own Hay/ Haylege, water buckets and hard feed.

Weekend stables including overnight £36.00 Inc a Straw bed please bring your own hay/haylege, water bucket & hard feed.

Extra hay & Straw will available to purchase.

Delicious homemade 2 course Lunches Menu to be confirmed but usually consist of quiche, salads, ham or cheese, jacket potatoes, Chili etc. Strawberries & Cream or yummy chocolate pudding. Vegetarians and special diets can be catered for if given prior notice.

A selection of breakfasts, sandwiches, hot and cold drinks, cakes and snacks and ice creams will be available to purchase during the weekend. Payment, Booking & Cancellation:

Please put you name in the info section when paying by BACS If you do not wish to pay in full at the time of booking, we are happy to accept deposit of £50 to secure your place. Your balance will become due for May Camp on the 14th May 2017 your place is not confirmed until receipt of balance.

CANCELLATION POLICY Please read carefully

If you cancel your booking in excess of 4 weeks prior to the date of camp a full refund will be issued, less a £40 administration fee. If you cancel your booking 4 weeks or less prior to the date of camp and If your place can be suitably* filled, the deposit and balance that you have paid will be refunded less a £40 administration fee. If your place cannot be suitably* filled, Home Farm Livery reserve the right to keep the full amount paid.

PLEASE NOTE –If you cancel your camp deposits and payments etc. Cannot be carried over to any other camp.

* Home Farm Livery will keep a waiting list, Places can only be filled by riders riding at the same ability as the person who has canceled their booking, and is only at Home Farm Livery and the trainer’s discretion.

Booking Terms &Conditions

Please read and sign that you agreed to the terms and conditions set out for this training weekend . I agree to abide by all terms and conditions and requests whether written or verbal I have my own rider and horse insurance A disclaimer will need to be signed on the first day of camp.

My horse is up to date with Flu and Tetanus vaccinations & I will produce my horse’s passport on arrival to be checked.

Riders under 18 have to have a responsible adult on site at all times. . Horse riding is a dangerous sport and riders and horses that participate in this training weekend do so entirely at their own risk. Home Farm Livery accepts no liability for any accident to horse or rider or spectator however it may happen. The organizer of this event accepts no liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators, vehicles their contents and accessories or to any other person or property whatsoever. The organisers have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For those measures to be effective, everyone must in turn take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions both written and verbal of the organisers and their officials and stewards.

All damages must be paid for immediately

Riders must not ride under the influence of alcohol or Drugs.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Hard Hats Must be worn when mounted and conform to the minimum standard and be properly adjusted and fastened. (No fixed peaks allowed for x/c) Body protectors (minimum requirement BETA 2009 level 3 and medical armbands are compulsory for show jumping and X/C.

Riders must be competent enough to control their horse or pony in a group environment. Any rider or horse that the instructor deems unsafe, unsound or a risk to themselves or others, will be asked to leave the training event. Harsh or abusive treatment of your horse, excessive use of a whip or spurs or harsh bit may also result in you being asked to leave the training event Please wear a red ribbon on your horses tail if it has ever been known to kick. No Stallions The organisers retain the right to alter, amend or cancel this training event.
