J.L. NASH MIDDLE SCHOOL VOLUNTEER FORM (2012-2013)

Welcome to another action packed, fun filled year at Nash Middle School. We have many events, activities, and necessary functions that occur here throughout the school year and all of them need people to plan, coordinate, and staff them. There are many opportunities for you to be involved in your child’s educational experience and it is our goal to help you find a way to participate . . . whether it is sending in something for your child’s classroom, working a shift at a school function, or volunteering for a committee. We look forward to having you help create a fun and successful year here at Nash. Remember . . . This Year - Volunteer!

Please complete the form below, indicating which activities you may be interested in, and return to the school. The information gathered will be used to compile a list of willing volunteers to contact for help throughout the school year.
