UNIT: Animal Production

UNIT OVERVIEW: During this unit students will investigate animal anatomy and physiology of animals. Students will define and list components of the systems of the animal’s anatomy and in particular focus on the digestive tract of poultry. Factors that affect growth and development will be investigated.
