Message: DES has updated HRMS with the 2013 Withholding Tax Tables effective with the 1/25/2013 pay date. The Withholding Tax Tables are in Production ready for payroll simulation and payroll processing DAY 1 occurring tonight.

The Withholding Tax Tables are effective dated 01/01/2013. If an employee retro's back into period 01/2013, the withholding tax will recalculate based on the new Withholding tables.

The 2013 Withholding Tax Tables are available currently on IRS Notice 1036.
