Childcare for Workshops- Booking Essential

Childcare for Workshops- Booking essential

At Plumtree, we provide childcare for all day time workshops or information sessions. Please make sure to fill in and fax/email the Childcare Registration Form back to us before the day of the workshop so we can plan and care for all children attending while meeting the ratio requirements.

When bringing your child for childcare, please arrive 15 minutes before the advised session time. This gives:  Your child time to settle in before you move to another room,  You time to explain to the carers about any snacks or drinks you have brought,  You time to say goodbye to your child five minutes before the session starts (Children are more likely to feel calm if your goodbye is not rushed.)  This helps us to get started on time, too.

What to bring:  A snack Please note that Plumtree is a ‘nut and avocado free’ zone. Please do not bring any food containing traces of nuts such as Nutella, muesli bars, peanut butter or avocado.  A drink bottle  If your child requires a rest, please bring a pram or a favourite pillow and blanket.  Any favourite toy and/or security objects which could help your child settle into childcare.  Nappies, wipes, plastic bags.  A change of clothes in your child’s bag.  Please label your child/children’s bag, lunch box and drink bottle.

Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you.
