QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE OneView Service Center

Click the check box at top right of the form to keep the request confidential from other occupants. This request will not displayed on the Home Page of the service request list.  Type a Service Location.

 View more information about any Service  Select Work Type, Category and Subtype Request by clicking the Request Number. from the drop-down menu.

Occupants can add notes to existing requests, or cancel requests, but cannot edit details for a request once it has been submitted.

Search for a Service Request

Type a detailed Description of the repair needed. You can search using the quick search fields on the Home Page, or by using the Search button to search on multiple fields.  Quick Search: If you know the Request Number, type it into the Search fields on the Home Page and click Go. Click once the form is complete. The Service Request Information page  Advanced Search: click the Search button in the gray menu bar across the top of the screen displays.

The find a service request page displays.

The Service Request Information page displays the Request number that been assigned along with the title, work category and description.

 Click when complete.

The Service Request page displays. Click the button. The Search results appear at the bottom of the screen.

 Click the button. Cancel a Service Request On the Cancel Request page, elect the Cancel Request radio button next to the service request Go to the Home Page to locate the request you want you want to cancel. to cancel.

Click the Service Request Number . Click the button. The Cancel Request Succeeded message

displays. The Canceled message displays on the homepage.

Add Notes to a Request Add a Location

View the detail for a Service Request. To add a new location to your account:

Click the Add Notes button. Click My Account at the top right of the screen, OR from the Summary Overview page, click Add Location. The Add Notes dialog appears. The MyAccount page displays.

Type notes. Click Add File to select an attachment if desired. Click the Add New Location check box. Click Update when finished.

The Add New Location section appears. Print Request

 Click the Request Number to view details for a Request.

 Click the Print Request button at the bottom of the screen to generate a print copy of the current page.

From the drop-down lists select the country, state, city, building and location you want to add.

Change Password

To change the account password, click the My Account link at top right. Type the current password. Type your new password twice.  Click Change Password.

Click the button when finished. Saved Changes Succeeded displays on the MyAccount page. NOTE: Password must contain a minimum of 8 characters (a-z) (A-Z), at least one number (0-9), and one special character (! # $ & * % ^). Passwords are case sensitive.  Forgot your password? Click the forgot password button in the log in area to reset.
