Dear Vendor,

The John B. Connally High School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is sponsoring the 12th Annual Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, November 5, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Connally High School. We invite you to apply to participate in this growing event. We will begin accepting registration forms on August 31, 2016 through October 28, 2016 only.

Please complete the registration form and return with applicable fees to the address listed on the registration form as soon as possible (but not earlier than August 31, 2016). Vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first- served basis, with regard to availability and category. (Note that the registration fee increases as the date of the event draws near, so don’t delay in getting your application submitted.) A complete list of all items to be sold and/or displayed must be included on the products section of the application. Additionally, the PTA re- serves the right to make vendor selections based on a wide assortment of merchandise. We encourage you to submit your registration and booth fee as soon as possible; our event is proud to have many returning vendors. Submission of your application form is not a guaranteed acceptance. (Applications submitted but not accepted will have the fees returned promptly.)

Confirmation of acceptance of your application and fee will be emailed (faxed or snail mailed if no email is pro - vided.) Bring your confirmation to the event. (Vendors without written confirmation will not be allowed to par- ticipate.) Final vendor instructions, floor plan, and entrance assignments will be provided 3 – 5 days prior to the event. Vendors will have access to a hospitality room with coffee, beverages, and snacks; festivities include en- tertainment by various groups, holiday background music, raffle prizes and food concessions.

All proceeds from the Connally High School PTA 12th Annual Holiday Bazaar will be used to fund student schol- arships and teacher appreciation events. We ask each vendor to donate an item for our raffle.
