Responsibilities:  In this role, you will assist in influencing the decision process and communicating value to our buyers through in-depth needs analysis. You must be able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers as you build excitement for them and work through product- related issues.  Fulfill the company’s defined customer experience by being hospitable, friendly, customer focused, and excited team member.  Associates must organize, stock shelves, and display merchandise to company standards.  Consistently promoting the company’s rewards program and ensuring customers check in at the kiosk ONLY at the time of purchase.  Keeping up with side work and cleaning duties to ensure the store looks clean, organized, and inviting.  You will follow set safety procedures as well as coach customers about safety and how to properly use devices to prevent any casualties.

Qualifications:  High School Diploma or GED is essential.  Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.  Customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complaints.  Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and a minimum of 15 hours per week.  Associates must be able to listen carefully to all customers’ needs therefore; strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.  Strong sales skills and suitable coil building experience are required.  The candidate must be able to work in a team, get along with coworkers, and treat everyone respectfully. Candidates should be open to coaching others and be coached by others in any situation.  The candidate should keep up with product knowledge – hardware, liquid’s flavor profiles, and prices.
