4. No Prize Substitutions Are Permitted and No Cash Value Is Given on Any Prize

2. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes and fees associated with the prize won and winner releases WLTJ from any liability in connection with prize.

3. Winner understands that WLTJ has the right to publicize and broadcast winner name and voice or publish pictures at www.Q29fm.com.

4. No prize substitutions are permitted and no cash value is given on any prize.

5. WLTJ reserves the right to change the contest at anytime.

6. Winners must pick up prizes within 30 days from day of win or prize is forfeited. Prizes must be picked up at the WLTJ offices located at 650 Smithfield Street, Suite 2200, Downtown Pittsburgh, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

7.Captured Live contest directs listeners to participating GetGo locations to enter to win, or listeners can listen to win tickets on-air. On-air winners will be automatically registered to win the Captured Live Grand Prize. One winner will be randomly drawn from all entries, to win the Grand Prize.

8. Captured Live Grand Prize with Q92.9: One pair of PIT tickets to see Coldplay on 5/31/09 at the Post Gazette Pavilion, one VIP parking pass, two admission passes to the VIP Lounge, guided backstage tour with a Live Nation representative, along with the concert experience Captured Live on DVD, and the DVD at the end of the night.
