Car Wash Fundraiser! Saturday, June 13, 2015: Noon – 4:pm: Indiana Meadows Frozen Custard We will be having a car wash on this date as a fundraiser. We have 4 hours of time allotted. There are approximately 29 Visual Ensemble. We can have 3 groups of 7 & 1 group of 8 to fill all hours and give everyone an equal chance of working.

Mrs. Danielle Olear & Miss Jackie Cupp will be supervising the carwash & will be recording time of VE members working. They will also collect the money and divide equally to the working VE members.

Dress code: This is a car wash, and students may get wet… you may wear swim apparel, but must follow school dress code & wear shoes. Students not appropriately dressed will not participate nor receive credit towards fundraiser.

What to Bring: water bottle or money for a snack/drink (we are not providing refreshments.) Bucket, sponges, old towel to dry off cars, scrub brush for tires, (or what you signed up to bring, but may bring extra), change of clothes (optional.)

FAQ: What if I want to help my daughter? Do we get extra? - No. Although we appreciate you or other family members or friends volunteering, we are not able to appropriate extra funds to select students due to the large number of VE participation.

We will be on vacation… Do we still get the benefit of the fundraiser? – No. Depending on the success of the car wash, and the behavior of participants, will determine future car wash fundraisers.

Where does the money go? – Money earned from the Car Wash will go towards Earrings & Tights first. If student does not need tights or earrings, money will into band account & go towards Boots/Shoes for band. If student already has tights, earrings, & shoes, money can go towards hoodies & yoga/sweat pants.

How much does all this cost? – Accessories (tights/earrings), and VE shoes are a mandatory cost. Accessories can cost between $5 - $55 depending on the students needs. Students may also reuse tights from previous years. Shoes & Boot are between $25 - $50.

Hoodies & Yoga pants are not mandatory, but allow the VE students to wear matching warm clothes during cold or snowy football games. Throughout the year, students will also have the option to buy a section T-shirt, and color- day attire. These are run through the student organization & not the instructors or band boosters.
