PRESS RELEASE

Maxinkuckee.com Announces Launch of Redesigned Website Website gains new look and functionality through complete overhaul.

Culver, August 21, 2009: Maxinkuckee.com today announced the launch of their newly redesigned website that will bring more information and added features to the local Culver community and to those interested in visiting Culver, Indiana.

Maaxinkuckee.com has been and will continue to be a great resource for those unfamiliar with Culver and those planning a visit. The new website builds upon its tradition as a disseminator of visitor’s bureau type information with additional content including more photos, lodging & restaurant reviews, and a history page. It has also become more community oriented.

"We want the local residences of Culver to also benefit from the website. We have expanded our content to include useful features to make this a one-stop Culver website. A person can come to Maxinkuckee.com and check the weather, community calendar, movie offering, Culver Community High School’s sports schedule, write a restaurant review, get phone numbers, check news from the library, national and South Bend news, and read the Culver Citizen. “We have been working diligently to pull all information Culver related together in one place and added functionality such as our free classified ad system," Elizabeth Ballew stated. The old website has completely gone away and a newly modernized look is in its place.

Maxinkuckee.com is making use of RSS feeds and continues to add relevant ones as they become available. “We want to keep the public as up to date as possible. RSS Feeds are a great way for businesses and organizations to broadcast their message and control their own content while reaching our audience,” said Ballew. The website also has added a Facebook page and suggests using Facebook as an easy way to create an RSS Feed.
