Victor Gym Rental Fees

A. Victor Gym – Resident fee: $50.00/hr with 2hr minimum. Non-resident fee: $60.00/hr with 2hr minimum. B. Victor Gym Social Hall- Resident fee: $35.00/hr with 2hr minimum. Non-resident fee: $45.00/hr with 2 hr minimum. C. Victor Gym and Social Hall- Resident fee: $85.00/hr with 2hr minimum. Non-resident fee: $100/hr with 2 hour minimum. D. Rental Deposit – A one hour rental deposit is required. Deposit goes towards balance for the event. E. Security Deposit - A security deposit of one hour rental will be made before event. If no damages occur or no clean-up is required, your security deposit will be refunded.

“Indemnification: The rentee(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Greer and its agents and employees from any and all claims or lawsuits for damages or injuries of any kind or nature which occur as a result of or arising out of the use of city property by the rentee(s) and the guest of the rentee(s) pursuant to this agreement.”
