(STREET) MUST SUBMIT COPY OF SURVEY INDICATING LOCATION AND DIMENSIONS OF CURB CUT Note: A reveal of 1 ½ inches or more at the face of the curb is to be retained. Permitee is to notify the Borough prior to curb removal. The following rider is an integral part of this permit. DRAINAGE RIDER This permit does not give permission to alter the existing drainage pattern nor alter the existing volume or volume of drainage water. No additional drainage of surface water may be directed toward, onto, or into or in any way effect the Borough streets or their facilities. This permit does not in any way relieve the permitee from acquiring the consent, permission or authorization from any affected property owner. Nor does this permit authorize the permitee to direct, divert or otherwise drain surface water over the property of any other property owners as a result of the work done under this permit. It is understood and agreed that the permitee shall, at all times hold the Borough of Carnegie harmless for any claims, suits, legal expenses and judgments which any property owner may bring against the Borough of Carnegie or against the Borough Council and its officials and employees and against the permitee or any of its officers and employees for any conditions occurring on property caused or alleged to be caused by conditions arising from the development of permitee's tract or for work done under this permit, including such, but not limited to drainage water, mud or dirt and dust. Permitee agrees that it will reimburse the Borough of Carnegie for any expenses which has been put to, including legal fees, engineering fees, expert witness and any judgment against the Borough of Carnegie, its officers or employees, by property owners alleging condition of damages arising because of permitees development. This agreement to hold the Borough of Carnegie harmless and to indemnify the Borough of Carnegie shall not be extinguished by acceptance of the Borough of Carnegie of the streets in permitees development but shall continue in full force and effect after dedication.
