Sub :- Information about NVS State Level Athletics Meet for Boys (Orissa)

Sir/Madam, With pleasure I take the opportunity to inform you that the JNV Mundali, Dist:

Cuttack has been fixed as a venue for conducting state level Athletic Meet – 2010 by the NVS

RO, BHOPAL. This Meet is scheduled to be held on 1st & 2nd September, 2010. Your are requested to ensure that the escort teachers and the participants go through the following instructions before starting for the venue.

1. The Team should report 01 day before i.e. on 31st August-10.

2. The Team should report with its 02 nos. of Vidyalaya Flags, School Uniform, White

Canvas for Boys .

3. Dori, Bedding items, Tray, Glass, Mug, Bucket, Lock & Key, First-Aid etc.

4. Own Sports Equipments.

5. The Escorting Teachers are requested to give special attention in bringing Participants’

Eligibility Form in Triplicate alongwith recent Colour P/P size Photos, dully Countersigned

by the Principal.

6. Without bringing any of these the Participants will not allowed at any cost to participate

in the Events.

7. Kindly send sufficient Money to be deposited in the Office for expected selected

Participants for Regional/National Sports Meet. 8. Approximately Rs. 3,000/- per Participants for Regional & National Sports Meet.

9. While selecting Participants for Cluster/State Level Athletics Meet-10, the Benchmark

of Record for Athletics circulated by the Regional Office vide Office Letter F.No.91-

1/2010-NVS(BPL)/Acad./1781 dated 19.07.10 to be strictly followed.

10. The Vidyalaya is not responsible for non-participation of any Vidyalaya in any Event due

to late reporting.

11. The Escorts may come prepared for escorting of selected students for Regional Meet.

12. The Samiti has introduced 3 new items in 2010 vide letter No : 91-1/2010 of NVS, RO,

BHOPAL i.e. Pole-vault, Hammer Throw & Cross country (under 17 & 19 boys only)

13. After selection the team will reach JNV DHAR by Utkal Express by 3rd September, 2010
