Case Experience: Personal Injury, Federal and State Torts, Insurance coverage claims, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home (chapter 400), Products Liability, Commercial Litigation, Construction Defect Litigation, Eminent Domain and other claims involving governmental agencies.

1998 – 2000 Dharma Holdings General Counsel - a privately held mid-cap size family of corporations. Responsible for coordination of all litigation, transactional and governmental relations matters. Emphasis on land use planning, eco-engineering and environmentally responsible growth from a private sector perspective.

1991 – 1998 Romano, Eriksen and Cronin, Esq Co-Founder, a trial law firm in Palm Beach County, Florida. Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer.

1986 – 1991 Wagner, Nugent, Johnson, Roth, Romano & Ericksen, PA, a full service law firm with emphasis on civil litigation. (equity partner from 1988).
