Tahoe Truckee Unified School District hereby authorizes Rudolph & Sletten to execute the change orders outlined within this Summary and the associated additional work to the Contract Documents for the project referenced above:

PCO 8678: Correction: Change FSD Thermal Disconnect Switches This change order, previously listed in Board Change Order #23, had a price reduction of ($1,617) after negotiating with Nelson Electric. Credit: ($1,617)

PCO 8649: Roof Smoke Hatch Heat Trace Sensors The five smoke hatches on the auditorium roof came with sensors that energize the individual hatch heat trace tapes. Installation of the sensors was not covered in the contract drawings. One sensor per smoke hatch was required by manufacturer. The wiring for the smoke hatches had to be upgraded from #12 to #10 and the 25-amp breaker was upgraded to 30-amp. Work was performed on a T&M basis by Nelson Electric. Cost: $11,168

PCO 8654: ASI #139 Additional MS Exterior Lighting ASI #139 added sixL new wall pack light fixtures on the North wall of area "A" and the West wall of area "D". The nearest branch circuit serving the exterior lighting was extended for new fixture connection and controlled by photocell/time clock. Cost: $6,111

PCO 8634: ASI #138 - Replace Area D Exterior Louvers ASI provided for full replacement of intake air louvers on east elevation of modernization phase building. It was discovered in early winter 2006 that louvers were taking in rain and water during storm, creating water infiltration problem. Architect worked with louver manufacturer to find a more storm- resistant louver. Reduced louver costs were negotiated with manufacturer via Architect due to circumstances of original louver design being insufficient. Cost: $25,231

PCO 8687: 3-Way Light Switch At Stage Wheel Chair Lift Adds a 3-way switch at the stage wheelchair lift per inspection agency directive. Cost: $1,969

PCO 8538: Honeywell BMAS Install Delay Costs Honeywell request for $19,122 of costs due to alleged delay in their work in October 2006. TTUSD agreed to pay $3,000 in September 2007 based on delays associated with school district’s ability to provide network connectivity between the school’s BMAS computer system and the district office’s main network. R&S letter to ACCO dated September 27, 2007 closes the issue. Cost: $3,000
