Sweepstakes begins at 11:30am on Saturday, September 17, 2016 and ends at 11:00 pm on Friday, November 21, 2016. All times referenced for the Patrick’s “Take Me to Ireland” Sweepstakes are Eastern Time.

ELIGIBILITY: Patrick’s Pub & Eatery and participating sponsors, employees and their immediate family members are ineligible.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing through the utilization of a random pick by Allan Beetle, co-owner of Patrick’s Pub & Eatery, or designee, and announced at approximately 5:00pm on Saturday, November 22, 2016. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Patrick’s Pub & Eatery and will not be returned. Contestants must be present at time of selection. 10 Finalists will be randomly picked from a “raffle drum”. These 10 finalists’ entry forms will be then separated, combined and randomly selected. Selected entries will be removed from the Grand Prize in a “reverse drawing fashion”, leaving the last entry form remaining to be declared the winner. Any contestant is eligible to have multiple entries in the final 10 entries of the “reverse drawing”.

PRIZES: Grand prize is a 7-night Land & Air Vacation Package to Ireland with C-I-E Tours as detailed with Penny Pitou Travel of Laconia during the week of March 10, 2017 thru March 18, 2017. (value: $2,249 per person) . Patrick’s Pub & Eatery reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value in the event of the unavailability of a prize.

GENERAL: By entering the contest, participants agree that Patrick’s Pub & Eatery, their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the contest. Contributions are not tax deductible. Prizes are non- transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitutions for a prize. Patrick’s Pub & Eatery may use winner’s name and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation.

TAX OBLIGATIONS: All appropriate taxes and expenses as a result of winning this prize are the winner's responsibility. For any prize valued at $600 or more, an IRS form 1099 with the above stated value will be sent at year-end.
