POSITION: Product Support Analyst TRAVEL: Minimal Location: Malvern, PA Posting Date: January 30, 2008

SUMMARY: The Product Support Analyst will work in the Global Support organization as a member of the team to provide responsive, quality support to Infor’s Adage ERP product, and integrated Infor and third party products.

RESPONSIBILITIES: . Provide support to customers via phone and e-communication to clients and Infor Services consultants answering complex questions on function and use of Infor's ERP products (Adage ERP as well as other related, complimentary, and integrated Infor and third party products)

. Primarily to provide functional application support, but also to handle database scripting to find data irregularities, bug verification, release testing and beta support

. Strong emphasis on problem solving and communication, both verbal and written

REQUIRED SKILLS: . 1 – 3 years experience in support, customer services, or consulting experience in Enterprise Resource Planning, or working in an environment requiring heavy use and dependence on ERP systems.

. 1+ years experience and familiarity with databases and database management tools; primarily SQL Server and Oracle DBMS. Scripting skills and knowledge will be utilized and grown in this position, and are a helpful prerequisite. . Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, supply chain management, or related field . Good knowledge and use of process

. Timeliness in terms of responses to clients, as well as presence working is expected

. Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary for clear phone communication as well as email communication and creating outbound knowledge records.

. Excellent customer service skills and initiative are a must DESIRED SKILLS: . Basic knowledge of Infor’s Adage ERP, as well as databases and operating systems
