We can also add to your function with pizza slabs or garlic pizza breads these have approximately 10 slices to each pizza. The pizza sauces and dough are made in house and all of the ingredients for the toppings are bought in fresh from our local suppliers.

We have 8” gluten free bases as an option at $3.00 extra

Garlic & Herb pizza bread, with fresh crushed garlic, olive oil and mozzarella cheese $ 8.50

Bruchetta Pizza with tomato, red onion, feta & shaved parmesan dressed with fresh basil on a garlic base. $10.50

Seafood Pizza with calamari, reef fish, prawns, capers, red onion, with a dill mayonnaise on a tartare base. $23.50

Farmhouse Chicken Pizza with chicken, spinach, sundried tomato, bacon & mushrooms on a Napoli base. $22.50

Vegetarian Pizza with mushrooms, olives, red onion, capsicum, sundried tomato & roasted sweet potato on a Napoli base. $20.50

Premium meat lovers Pizza with steak, ground beef, bacon, salami & chorizo on a smoky BBQ sauce base. $23.50

Minimum of 12 people for function menus to be applied for, less may incur a 20% surcharge. No B.Y.O for function menus Bookings A 50% deposit of the room hire charge will be required to confirm your booking. Unless a client has an existing account or by other arrangement, an event will not be considered booked unless the deposit is paid. If a venue deposit is required to secure a venue, the client will be required to pay the venue-booking fee in full in addition to the 50% deposit. If the deposit is not paid within 7 days of the deposit request, The Woombye Pub reserves the right to cancel the booking. Cancellation Any event cancelled out side of 7days notice will incur a $200.00 administration fee. In the event of the Function being cancelled within 7 days prior to the function, the Client shall lose their deposit and may be charged a fee of 50% of the estimated cost of the proposed function. In the event of the Function being cancelled within 2 days, full payment of the estimated total cost of the Function is to be made by the Client. Final Confirmation Confirmation of final numbers attending the function is required seven (7) days prior to the event. Should the final number of guests reduce by more than 10% of the original quoted amount, The Woombye Pub reserves the right to requote the event. Payment The Woombye Pub accepts MasterCard and Visa and Amex. Private function accounts are due and payable immediately following the event or upon receipt of the final invoice. The client will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective. Hire & Equipment The client is responsible for all hire equipment arranged for an event, including all breakage and lost equipment The Woombye Pub will not be responsible for breakages and/or loss of any hire equipment. Beverages Beverages charged on a consumption basis will be billed following the event. All prices quoted on a consumption basis are estimates only and will vary for each event. Room hire fee A $400.00 room hire fee is a part of all function charges, if the client spends over $1000.00 on Food and drinks combined, this fee will be waived and your $200 deposit paid will come off your bill at the end of the evening.. Pricing Prices quoted are based on your stated number of guests. Prices are current as of October 2016. Prices may vary according to CPI and seasonal changes in associated costs. Under 18’s Under 18’s are permitted to attend the Function, but have to be off the premises by 10pm.

7 Misconduct The Client, guests and any other person attending the function are financially responsible for any damage sustained during the course of the function. To the maximum extent of the law, The Woombye Pub shall not be liable for the consequences of any misconduct, negligence, error, omission or forgetfulness on the part of The Client (or invitee) whatsoever, howsoever arising. The Woombye Pub reserves the right to exclude or eject any person for misconduct from the function or the premises without liability. The Woombye Pub follows the National Beverage Industries Council guidelines of Responsible Service of Alcohol. The Woombye Pub policy is to serve guests in a responsible, friendly and professional manner. Staff members have strict instructions NOT to serve alcoholic beverages to guests under the age of 18 years, or to guests in a state of intoxication. The Woombye Pub encourages drinking in moderation. It is understood that The Client will conduct their function in an orderly manner and in full compliance with The Woombye Pub management and with applicable laws. Notwithstanding, the Client shall indemnify, and keep indemnified The Woombye Pub from and against all and any action claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses for which The Woombye Pub shall or may become liable in respect of, or arising from the death of, or injury to, any person or loss of, or damage to, the property of any person arising from, or out of any misconduct, negligence, error, omission or forgetfulness on the part of The Client (or any invitee of The Client) Notwithstanding, The Client shall indemnify, and keep indemnified The Woombye Pub whatsoever, howsoever arising. Security If you are having any Live Entertainment or your Function is deemed a High Risk event a Security guard will need to be present. The Woombye Pub will provide security guard/guard’s for your function at cost to you of $46.00 per hour per guard, minimal requirement is 1 guard for 25 -100 persons and 2 guard’s for 100 or more. The Woombye Pub will not accept responsibility for any damage, loss of merchandise left on the premises prior to, during or after the function. The Woombye Pub will not be responsible for breakages and/or loss of any hire equipment The Woombye Pub will not accept responsibility for any damage, loss of merchandise left on the premises prior to, during or after the function.
