Shelf Conditioning Best Practices

Overview: Shelf Conditioning is an essential process to provide an environment for customers to shop easily. Poorly Conditioned areas of the store make the decision to buy difficult for the customer because of misplaced items, out of stock items, or hidden items. Over-conditioned areas of the store are very time consuming to maintain and do not dramatically impact customer buying decisions. Creating an environment that invites the customer into the aisle and allows them to make quick and simple buying decisions will result in an increased conversion rate and more effective customer service.
