SAMPLE LETTER TO MANAGEMENT

I have been invited to speak at ShaleComm East on the panel. This conference will be held June 24 – 25, 2014 at the Marriott City Center in Pittsburgh, PA.

ShaleComm East brings together experts and veterans from the field to discuss their experiences in the Bakken shale play and beyond. With my participation our company will be positioned as an industry leader, gaining recognition through the ShaleComm Eastprogram guide and website as well as during the event.

Additionally, as a speaker I receive free registration to the entire conference and can attend any of the other sessions.
