This self-assessment questionnaire is to aid Established GP Trainers to Quality assure their practice as a GP Training Environment. The Criteria are based on GMC Trainer and Learning Environment Standard.

Please use the numerical scale to self assess and write notes on specific areas for improvement for your own guidance. The Action Planning Grid at the end of the document will help to prioritise and address areas for improvement.
