PLEASE ENSURE THE FOLLOWING:  Include photos of the damage: for packaging issues the best practice is to take pictures before the product has been unloaded.  When possible return any emptied damaged supersacks [big bags] to KaMin LLC. Please indicate the location of damaged pallet or pallets on the diagram below. Include the row number and the letter indicating the side of the pallet where the damage was noted. Circles can be used for both the row and pallet side information. EXAMPLE: (Row 9, Left pallet, side D)

To further describe damage, use the diagram above to define the height at which the damage was observed as well as the position on the pallet itself. In the table below enter the location from the Location of Damage table on page two and the height information from the pallet chart above. For a supersack, utilize the row closest to the approximate height of the damage. For example, if the damage to a super sack were at mid-height select layer 9.
