All managers must have birth certificates and insurance information available. All teams must check in at food pavilion 45 min before first game.

You must be ASA registered ASA RULES WILL BE FOLLOWED. NO PROTESTS One exception: we will allow an EP to be used. The EP allows you to hit 10 if you want to. The EP can go in and play the field for any of the defensive position. The player that was removed defensively then becomes the EP. THE BATTING ORDER STAYS THE SAME (unless you do a substitution)

Forfeit time is game time. Please be ready to go 15 min. ahead of schedule. If games end early we will start immediately.

All seeding will be based on bracket play.

Coin toss decides home team during bracket play. High seed will be home during elimination round, except for championship game, where a coin toss will decide.

1:20 MIN. TIME LIMIT ON ALL GAMES. NO NEW INNING WILL START AFTER THE 1:20 MIN LIMIT. IF GAME IS TIED IN ELIMINATION ROUND AFTER TIME LIMIT WE WILL GO DIRECTLY TO INTERNATIONAL TIEBREAKER AT START OF NEXT INNING AND CONTINUE UNTIL WE HAVE A WINNER.

CHAMPIONSHIP GAME WILL HAVE NO TIME LIMIT.

TEAMS MAY USE AN EP (EXTRA PLAYER) WHO CAN HIT AND ALSO PLAY THE FIELD FOR A STARTER. THE PERSON WHO’S SPOT THE EP TAKES DEFENSIVLY THEN BECOMES THE EP. THE LINE UP DOES NOT CHANGE. THIS MEANS YOU MAY BAT 10. IF YOU NEED MORE CLARIFICATION CALL ME.

International tiebreaker rule is in effect for extra innings.

12 RUN RULE IS IN EFFECT AFTER 3 INNINGS, 8 RUN AFTER 5 INNINGS

Winner of game must report score to scorers table immediately after each game Seeding Format: 1. Best Record 2. If tied, head to head play 3. Lowest runs allowed 4. Most runs scored 5. coin toss

INDIVIDUAL TROPHIES AWARDED TO 1ST AND 2ND PLACE TEAMS. BASED ON 15 MAN ROSTER CONCESSION STAND WILL BE OPEN SHIRTS & MEMORIBILIA WILL BE ON SALE. TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR HAS THE RIGHT TO MODIFY TOURNAMENT AS NEEDED.

RAIN POLICY NO GAMES- 3/4 REFUND 1 GAME 1/2 REFUND 2 GAMES NO REFUND

THERE IS NO PARKING INSIDE GATED AREA ON FIELD ONE EXCEPT FOR CONCESSION PEOPLE. THEY WILL TICKET YOU!

No grilling allowed in park. The playground is for children 12 and under. It is really a playground for disabled children but is open for all 12 years of age or less. The Rec Dept. patrol it so please keep players out.
