Centennial Aquatic Club:  Is a comprehensive swimming and diving program

 Athletes compete in the Suburban Aquatic League, USA Swimming, USA Diving, and AAU Diving Invitationals.

 The program is offered seasonally to year-around CAC athlete, Katie LaPlaunt, and coach, Meghan Forlini enjoying the Phillies game  We start in mid-September at Swimmer’s Night with the new season!

 Designed for those athletes who wish to participate in a quality program focusing on individual achievement while placing a strong emphasis on teamwork
