By registering and/or attending the Scrappers’ Anonymous Getaway (“SAG”), you accept the following conditions. Please review these conditions before you register.

REFUNDS: No refunds or transfers of deposits. “No Shows” receive No Refund. If you cancel and have roommates, their SAG weekend fees will be adjusted and each roommate will be responsible for any additional money due for this change.

PAYMENTS/FEES: After you have paid in full, if you cancel your registration prior to December 18, 2014, we will refund your registration fees minus the $75.00 deposit, depending on the hotel cancellation policy. Should you cancel after December 18, 2014, no refund will be issued due to the expenses we would have incurred on your behalf. There will be a $35.00 fee for any returned check. If you pay by credit card via Paypal online, a processing fee may be added each time you pay by credit card. This depends on the type of account you have and the options you choose. If there is a fee, you will be notified of that fee. You may also pay by telephone. A fee of 3.5% + .15 will be added per transaction. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any payment after the balance due date of December 1, 2014. It is your responsibility to make your payments timely.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: No one will be admitted into the crop room before 12:00 Noon on Friday. This will be enforced. Depending on the hotel’s cleaning schedule, your assigned hotel rooms may be accessible before 3:00 p.m. You can verify this through the hotel. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. All croppers must have their areas cleaned up and out of The Golden Inn scrap area no later than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Items left behind are not S*A*G’s responsibility. But they will be photographed and put on Facebook. 

MISCELLANEOUS: Please be reasonable with the amount of supplies that you bring with you to the cropping room. All supplies should fit in your personal cropping space, underneath the table and/or along side of the table in a small aisle way. Blocking the aisle way is a fire hazard according to hotel policy. Any “extra” supplies can be stored in your room. Please be sensitive to your fellow scrappers, each with a different preference in style and working atmosphere. While some scrappers/groups may prefer a louder environment, there are others who work best in a quieter environment. Please be considerate of others.

MUSIC/SMOKING/ALCOHOL: Music in the form of Ipods with headphones only are permitted. This will be enforced. Smoking is permitted only outdoors. There is a bar on the premises, please drink responsibly.

ACCOMMODATIONS: All East Wing Standard Rooms at The Golden Inn have two Queen Pillow-top beds, a mini fridge, coffee maker. desk with a chair and balconies. All One Bedroom Suites have two Queen Pillow-top beds, two full baths, separate living room/kitchen area, full size refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stove, 3 stool breakfast bar, dining table, single sleeper sofa. Ocean Front Studios have direct ocean view, two Queen Pillow-top beds, mini fridge, microwave, sink, dining table/chairs and a single sleeper sofa.

Lisa Giafaglione (“SAG”) reserves the right to cancel the SAG weekend due to any unforeseen circumstances and is not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by registrants. In case of cancellation by Lisa Giafaglione, full refunds will be issued, minus any hotel fees.

By submitting your Registration form, you release Scrappers’ Anonymous Getaway, LLC, Lisa Giafaglione (“SAG”), and/or its owners, employees, vendors, instructors, sponsors and associates from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, cost and expenses that you may have incurred by attending or traveling to or from the SAG weekend. You release Scrappers’ Anonymous Getaway, LLC and Lisa Giafaglione of all liabilities including personal injuries.
