ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) TUTOR WORKSHOPS April - June 2012
Tutors at WEA Highland will deliver a series of ESOL tutor training / CPD workshops from April to June 2012. The workshops are stand-alone and cover themes aimed at supporting tutors who are teaching ESOL learners in the area. They also provide opportunities for tutors to network.
The topic/content of each workshop has been inspired by workshops and presentations we attended at the IATEFL (International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language) conference, held in Glasgow in March 2012. We hope to cascade some of the more interesting and inspiring ideas from the conference.
