REPORTING TO: The Executive Officer ROLE: To support delivery of RSAC programs through provision of administrative services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: ACCOUNTS Accounts processing under MYOB Accounts management including reconciliation of accounts Wages processing Invoicing Processing payments and donations including receipts, membership cards and letters of thanks

DATA ENTRY MEMBERSHIP/PARTICIPATION Membership processing and filing Manage and Maintain Participation Register and provide allies when required Field enquiries and membership applications, advise program manager of new member and forward details, including forms as required. Maintain Members Register, Mailing List, Contacts List in Email

CORRESPONDENCE Manage incoming and outgoing mail and Correspondence Register Answer phones and manage calls. Check answering machine daily, respond to door enquiries Collect post and check emails daily Distribute correspondence as appropriate by mail, email or via internal distribution methods

PROGRAM SUPPORT Book venues for RSAC programs and activities as required or annually where ongoing Provide administrative support to RSAC staff and volunteers Maintain and support material for managers and coaches’ administrative requirements. Recreation Sports and Aquatics Club OFFICE MANAGEMENT Manage office volunteers Maintain office as a safe, presentable and efficient working environment Ensure that facilities, furniture and equipment are as necessary and appropriate to RSAC needs. Provide recommendations to EO for any acquisitions or expenditure Ensure proper maintenance of facilities, furniture and equipment As necessary, dispose of outdated or worn out equipment Ensure that office is left fit for purpose for out of hours activity use.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will have administrative experience and extensive computer skills, including MYOB, Excel, Word, email and internet.

RELEVANT SKILLS Understanding of the needs and concerns of people with disabilities An understanding and empathy for RSAC philosophy Previous involvement with people with disabilities in a paid or voluntary capacity Ability to work independently and manage staff and volunteers. Willingness to learn and participate in further training as provided in the course of employment Demonstrated punctuality and high level organization and time-management skills Good communication and public speaking skills Respect for volunteers and willingness to support them in their roles.

ADDITIONAL NOTES The position has some flexibility in work hours, occasional out of hours and weekend work may be required.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The role includes  Establishment of Dance Programs for both Adults and Children with Disabilities  Management of the program with the assistance of volunteer support personnel, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will have extensive dance instructor experience, and should have or be prepared to gain formal qualifications.

PREFERRED SKILLS The Dance Instructor must have empathy for people with disabilities, some experience with this group and a willingness to learn. They need to have an appreciation for the challenges that face people with disabilities and be flexible in their approach and expectations. They must be punctual and organized and have management skills and abilities. They must be willing to work with volunteers to support their roll and to meet the classes needs.

ADDITIONAL NOTES The classes will be established in consultation with the successful candidate to meet both the Instructor’s and potential participants best availability.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The role includes  Coach Present RSAC Squad  Re-Establishment Swim Squad or people with disabilities.  Support for participants to develop their swim skills and participate in appropriate competitions.  Assessments, Goal Setting and Reviews for all Squad Members on at least 6 monthly bases.  Selection of events for squad members for carnivals in consultation with swimming manager.  Recording and review of times and places at carnivals.  Participation in selection of award winners for annual presentation awards for swimming.  Recruit and support volunteer assistants for swim squad.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will have minimum of Austswim qualifications or obtain within 3 months, and either a Level 1 Swim Coach qualification or above or willingness to obtain this within 6 months.
