The cost is $125 per Parent Son pair. An additional scout would cost $60. If you would like to sell popcorn to earn camp you need to sell $290.00 worth of product in take orders or show and sells. Show and sell sales will be distributed amongst the boys participating in the show and sell by the den leader handling the sale.

Carpools & or Caravan will be set up TBD once we have number of boys and parents attending.

I will be collecting Camp Registration Forms including health history for cub scouts and parents until May 12th. If you would like to give me a check to turn in, make it payable to Chief Okemos Council and write parent son camp in the memo line. I will be turning those forms and collected checks into council on May 13th. If you miss the deadline, I will help you contact council and make arrangements to get them payment. They will accept faxes and credit card payments. It is helpful for the camp coordinator to have a copy of the health appraisal form(s) & central registry clearance form as they can get misplaced at council. It is also helpful for the camp coordinator to now how many boys will be attending, since the registration form is just a list of boys from the pack. If payment is received after May 15th there may be a late fee.

Items to bring sleeping bagpillow, swim suit, fishing poles, snacks (in a cooler or lockable container to avoid raccoons), raingear, bug spray, backpack, first aid kit (I will bring one), clothes for various weather conditions

Items that will be provided tents, cots, mattresses and food (at scheduled times)

All adults over the age of 18 who set foot on Northwoods Scout Reservation (FOR SUMMER CAMP ONLY) are required to have clearance from the State of Michigan. This is a state law. Please print this form out, fill it out and send it (or hand-deliver it) with a copy of your driver's license to your local Department of Human Services office. Please also request a copy to be sent to you. Forms occasionally get lost and it is better to be safe than sorry.

This is required by state law. As a last resort, bring it to camp with you, but we highly encourage you to get it to us in advance. Thank you for your cooperation. This is a FREE service.
