2014 AISES Conference, Orlando, FL Student Research Information
Poster Presentations:
•The time for mounting posters has been changed to Friday morning, November 14, 2014 from 7:00am -8:00 am. All participants are expected to have their posters fully mounted by 8 am in the Grand Sierra Foyer area of the Grand Caribe Convention Center.
Poster board assignments are being emailed to each presenter and are also available on the AISES National Conference website pages.
•Author(s) must be present at their poster during the assigned judging period (8:00am- 12:00pm) on Friday, November 14, 2014.
•Posters will remain mounted for public display during the conference. You must remove your posters from the display board after lunch on Saturday, the 15th.
Oral Presentations:
•Presentations will take place on Thursday, November 13, 2014 between the hours of 10:30am – 3:00pm.
Presentation schedules are being emailed to each presenter and are also available on the AISES National Conference website pages.
•Undergraduate Presentations will take place in Curacao 3, Curacao 4, and Curacao 5. Graduate Presentations will take place in Curacao 6 (all Masters presentations) and Curacao 7 (all PhD presentations), Grand Caribe Convention Center.
Research Presentation Awards: Research Presentation Awards will take place during the closing Traditional Honors Banquet on Saturday, November 15, 2014, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
