Purchase Controls – Customize features to maximize fleet purchase control • Fuel-Only Restrictions – avoid costly non-fuel related expenses • Time-Based Spending Limits and Restrictions • Monthly spend limits • Single purchase per day • Time-of-day purchasing limits • Day-of-week purchasing limits • Daily transaction limits- establish a specific number of transactions per day • Site Restrictions – Individual locations, state, ZIP codes • Decline Options – When the transaction limits are exceeded you decide how you want to manage the situation. You may instruct a retailer to call to authorize one additional transaction or decline the transaction at the point of purchase.

U.S. Bank Fleet Commander Online Fleet Commander Online is our internet-based feature rich account management software used by fleet managers to customize the control options used to manage fleet expenditures. • Online, real-time account maintenance including card cancellation and replacement • Online fuel pricing links can help drivers plan routes and check prices • Flexible Management and Transaction Reports • Online driver reports can be downloaded to PDF, Excel, or text formats • Transaction detail reports providing 68 separate data items • Management reports including dollars by merchant, transactions, cards with high gallons and fuel economy • Exception Reports to identify purchase trends or potential employee misuse
