The Sales/Marketing Associate interacts with customers to evaluate their needs, determine appropriate products and manage the end-to-end project execution process.

Job Responsibilities

 Pre-sale interactions with customers  Technical and business-oriented presentations  Concept development interactions with architects and other technically-oriented individuals, along with non-technical representatives of customer organizations.  Thorough familiarity with companies products, and careful integration of project concepts with standard offerings  Developing and communicating complete project proposals, including concept documentation, pricing analysis and other conditions and features.  High levels of personal commitment and follow-through during all phases of the sales and project execution process.  Thorough understanding of customer needs and identification of business opportunities.  Maintains high levels of organization in fast-paced and creative atmosphere  Present company product to potential clients; contact and conduct initial follow-ups on sales prospects.  Field and direct incoming calls and requests for information  Implement HubSpot or similar lead nurturing software  In charge of keeping track of advertising for publications, email blasts, etc.  Assist in the development and production of marketing procedures to support the company's business development efforts.  Be creative and proactive in developing new business opportunities through a variety of means including cold calling, networking, leads, referrals, etc.  Effective leader/participant in product presentations to clients.  Follow up sales activities.  "Grow the Company"  Travel as necessary..

Qualifications and Experience

 Four year college degree  Five years experience successfully selling technical product for reputable company  Experience directly interfacing with customers in technical environments  Initi+ative and self-starter personality  Team player  Identifiable, strong written and verbal communication capabilities  Demonstrated web and other electronic communication capabilities  Computer aided drafting/Sketchup experience is desirable
