 Building operators are able to prevent costly maintenance problems, resolve tenant complaints and run a more efficient building.  Building owners will notice an increase in cash flow as a result of the energy efficiency and maintenance savings.  Residents appreciate the greater comfort that comes with a well- heated, safe building.

Owners of all buildings weatherized under the Weatherization Assistance Program are expected (and strongly encouraged) to send at least one building employee (superintendent, property manager, etc.) to this course. This course is available at no additional cost beyond what you’ve already contributed to the cost of weatherizing your property.

For all others, the cost of the course is $1,450.*

* This course can prepare students for certification by the Building Performance Institute as an Energy Efficient Building Operation Specialist. To obtain this certification, you must take and pass an examination for which additional charges apply.
