I would like to attend the Riverfly Partnership Riverfly Monitoring Training Day on Friday 6 June; suggested donation on the day of £35 for the local RP hub – this includes a FBA sampling net to keep. Further information will be supplied to those attending this day.

I would like to attend the WTT Annual Get-Together on Saturday 7 June @ £15 (includes morning coffee & biscuits, lunch, afternoon tea & cake)

I would like to attend the WTT Supper on Saturday 7 June @ £25.00 (local produce and table wine included; please advise if you would like a vegetarian option.)

I would like to fish on Sunday 8 June with a suggested donation to WTT/River Chess Association of £15

Local accommodation options: DeVere Latimer Place Hotel (01494 545504) – very close to the venue for the Saturday event with a special deal of £48.50 B&B for the night of 6 June (please use “Restore Hope” as your booking reference for this deal which is open only until 26 March 2014). This hotel is, however, currently full for the Saturday night, 7 June. Bedford Arms Hotel, Chenies WD3 6EQ (01923 283301) – a short drive/medium walk from the meeting venue. Jordans Youth Hostel, Jordans HP9 2SN (0845 3719523) – a 20-minute drive from the venue.

Some guests may camp around the grounds of the Restore Hope site on the Saturday night only, with a suggested donation of £5 to Restore Hope. There are showers and toilets on site. Please contact the WTT office to arrange this option.
